Parrot Security OS 3.10 sandboxing

I am a bit confused on the OS's firejail+apparmor sandboxing. Is the sandboxing done to every app? So whenever i open an app it is automatically opened in a sandbox? or do I have to do that on my own? Does this apply to CLI apps too? Also when it says hardened kernel does that refer to something like Grsecurity?

Re: Parrot Security OS 3.10 sandboxing

Tools will run as root whenever root is needed, otherwise it's automatically in sandbox (firefox, torchat...), i don't know if it apply to CLI though(probably does), you will need a confirmation from someone else.
